Tom thinks all turtle ice cream should have an actual picture of a turtle on it.

Tom has been employed by the Air Force (it's rumored so he could get someone else to do his laundry) and has worked in the lawn service business.

At Big Bell, he found the career of his dreams driving an ice cream truck, and then he was hired as a manager for Blue Bell Ice Cream. He is now the business manager (among other things) for Big Bell Ice Cream.
